Job summary

The Best Connection in Lancaster is hiring a Production Operative to join a friendly manufacturing team. You will contribute to producing high-quality products and support a rotating shift pattern (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) across AM/PM/Nights.

This ongoing full-time role offers stable hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow across departments while staying compliant with Health & Safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• You don't need tons of experience—just the right attitude.
• Experience in production/manufacturing is great (but not essential).
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Good attention to detail.

Shift Pattern (rotating every 4 weeks)

• AM: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• PM: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am

This role offers variety, routine, and the chance to grow your skills across different departments.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in the production process, including:

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
