Join to apply for the Production Operative role at Brandorr Group.

Senior Salmon is working in partnership with one of the area's multinational manufacturers, and we are looking for Production/Machine Operatives to join their teams.

We require production operatives to train up to technicians, working 3 shifts in the Alfreton area, with earning potential of over £15 per hour for basic hours once fully trained.

Full training will be provided, but candidates must be reliable and willing to work on machines in an industrial setting.

Duties Will Include

• Adjust machine heating mechanisms, tensions, and speeds to produce specified products.
• Inspect products to ensure that specifications are met.
• Operate machines for test runs to verify adjustments and to obtain product samples.
• Start machines, monitor operations, and make adjustments as needed.
• Stop machines when specified amounts of product have been produced.
• Thread onto rollers on machines.
• Clean, oil, and lubricate machines, using air hoses, cleaning solutions, rags, oil cans, and/or grease guns.
• Inspect machinery to determine whether repairs are needed.

Experience within manual manufacturing is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
