The job you will do

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure on‑time delivery and exceed customer expectations.
• Strategically allocate resources and optimise asset utilisation to maximise efficiency and output.
• Manage product quality, production targets, and logistics performance to maintain operational excellence.
• Continuously monitor processes, identifying and implementing corrective actions to drive improvement.
• Stay current with industry best practices and modern production management techniques.
• Promote strong cross‑functional collaboration with procurement, distribution, and senior management teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a workforce of up to 60 employees.
• Partner with Directors to execute cost‑reduction initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Proactively address employee concerns and foster a positive, high‑performance workplace culture.
