Production Manager — Shrewsbury — £30,000 to £40,000 + 33 days holiday (inc bank), mileage, laptop, phone

Are you passionate about live events and ready to take the next step in your production career? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Manager to join our team, working on a variety of high-profile live events. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering live events, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with clients, crew, and suppliers to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Support logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation alongside the Senior Production Manager.
  • Contribute to CAD plans, cable plans, and schematics.
  • Attend site visits and provide hands-on support at events.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in live events production (technician or warehouse background).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • CAD software skills and ability to interpret technical drawings (advantageous).
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and stay away as required.
