Job summary

Elis UK is seeking a hands-on operations leader to run daily activities in hospitality processing centres, ensuring timely delivery of linens, towels and uniforms while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach high-value teams, and adapt resources to seasonal demand, with a focus on KPI achievement and customer satisfaction across national accounts such as hotel and restaurant clients, while upholding ISO and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven production/operational leadership experience in textile, hospitality, or logistics.
• Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong communicator and decision-maker, coaching high-value teams.
• IOSH-qualified with solid literacy and numeracy, attention to hygiene.
• Agile, responsive, and able to handle fast-moving operational demands.
• Degree-educated or equivalent operational experience with KPI knowledge.
• Experience managing performance, absence, and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within Elis' hospitality processing centres to ensure timely delivery of linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Manage the production team to meet KPIs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction targets (low rejects, high OTIF).
• Collaborate with local account managers to support service reliability for national accounts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance and ISO-standard operations in a high-volume setting.
• Adapt resources to urgent hotel and restaurant client needs and seasonal campaigns.
