Job summary

Elior UK is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a team on a busy client site. You will mentor staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, manage forecasting, ordering and stock, and coordinate menu updates with chefs. The role requires strong communication with clients and suppliers to deliver excellent service.

You will drive events from proposal to delivery, identify improvements, and uphold KPI targets while fostering a proactive, service‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate hospitality setting.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and operationally focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 4 direct reports and collaborating with General Manager and department leads.
• Mentoring supervisors and staff training.
• Overseeing food safety, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Forecasting, ordering, menu management, stock control and daily work books.
• Ensuring menus are accurate with up-to-date allergen information.
• Managing events from proposal to delivery, including setup and timelines.
• Developing new products, marketing and promotion opportunities.
• Responding to enquiries and liaising with external suppliers.
