• Senior leadership experience in industrial laundry/textile environment.
• Experience managing multiple operational sites and large-scale production facilities.
• Strong expertise in laundry operations, garment care and textile processing.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements and capacity planning.
• Experience managing budgets and operational costs.
• CapEx planning, business case development and project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with customers to drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy to support growth, retention and profitability.
• Drive performance, productivity and continuous improvement across sites.
• Act as technical lead for laundry operations ensuring best practice and standards.
• Oversee major capital investment projects including equipment installations.
• Optimise service delivery, route performance and production planning.
• Develop and inspire high-performing teams with a culture of safety and accountability.
