Job summary

VaynerMedia in the UK is seeking a Production Director to lead production for a major EMEA client. You will own CAIT operations, manage multi-market production, and drive efficient, profitable delivery across events, activations and social content.

• Experience managing a portfolio of brands across markets.
• Proven track record across multiple markets.
• Solid production experience in various production types; you lead.
• End-to-end management of shoots from pre- to post- production.
• Advanced leadership, management and mentorship.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on ownership of complex strategic projects.
• Identify problems, elevate issues, and solve them quickly.
• Attention to delivery quality and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise the CAIT function for a key EMEA client across two markets.
• Architect and own end-to-end production processes for CAIT, including events and activations.
• Drive efficiencies linking cultural signals to CAIT, Live Shopping, and experiential ideas.
• Ensure agency, client, vendor, and legal processes and safety at all locations.
• Lead commercial approach, staffing, workflows, and budgeting for productions.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Production Directors to maintain high output quality.
• Lead scope development, deliverables, timeframes, and resource planning.
• Monitor progress, manage changes, and report project health.
