Job summary

VaynerMedia in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager of CAIT (Creators, Affiliates, Influencers, & Talent) to lead sourcing, casting, and production for UK & DE markets. You will bridge CAIT with cross-functional teams, ensuring campaigns are relevant, high quality, and efficient, from brainstorming to final assets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership, managing key accounts, and driving production excellence within the AIM and PAC

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.
• Creative/operator hybrid with taste and operational budgeting skills.
• Seller mindset with client-facing business value articulation.
• Empathy for content creation processes and stakeholder collaboration.
• Social-first mindset delivering outputs to Vayner standard of excellence.
• Ownership and accountability in team leadership and outcomes.
• Kind candor delivering clear, constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage CAIT-led campaigns and translate concepts into CAIT-driven casting strategies.
• Lead campaign management efforts and position CAIT as a strategic partner internally and with clients.
• Apply quality standards to ensure assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.
• Be a strong team player, autonomous when needed, and adaptable in busy periods.
• Oversee pipeline operations, including contract negotiations, payments, and timelines.
• Monitor margins and optimize workflows to deliver high-volume assets efficiently.
