VaynerMedia in London is seeking a Director of CAIT to lead the EMEA CAIT team, driving creators, affiliates, influencers and talent strategies for UK and Germany. You will work with the VP CAIT EMEA and SVP CAIT to elevate campaigns from concept to final output while ensuring quality and speed.

You will oversee sourcing diverse talent, integrate CAIT networks into AIM and PAC workflows, and drive production excellence across SMA'S, CAIT, Production and Live initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in social media, creative advertising or talent management.
• Hybrid of creative thinking and strong operational discipline.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand concepts into CAIT casting strategies for UK & DE markets.
• Lead the CAIT team, collaborating with Creative to drive impactful campaigns.
• Oversee contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines.
