• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.

Responsabilités

• Collaboration: work with internal teams to manage CAIT-led campaigns and translate brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Campaign management: pitch CAIT concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results.
• Quality Control: ensure assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.

• Pipeline Management: manage operations, contracts, payments, and timelines for speed and compliance.
