VaynerMedia is seeking a visionary VP of Production to lead end-to-end production across Always-On Social, Premium Video, Live Events and Creator/Influencer programs for UK and Germany.

You will oversee a team of Production Directors and Producers, ensure seamless execution of multiple work streams, and align global and local teams while driving strong commercial health and scalable, efficient production operations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience as VP or equivalent.
• Strong cross-market coordination across UK and Germany.
• Proven ability to scale production teams and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgets, margins and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and launch end-to-end integrated production model for a new client account.
• Oversee production streams: Always-On Social, Premium Video, Live Events, Creator/Influencer.
• Act as operational bridge between UK and German markets for aligned delivery.
• Scale and manage a team of producers across disciplines.
• Provide executive production leadership for major brand moments and events.
• Partner with VP of Creator/Influencer to scale talent production infrastructures.
• Deliver production strategy, scoping, resourcing and risk mitigation.
