Job summary

VaynerMedia seeks a visionary VP of Production to lead end-to-end production across Always-On Social, Premium Video, Live Events and Creator/Influencer work streams for our UK and Germany client portfolio. You will own the production engine, oversee a team of Directors and Producers, and partner with global and local teams to drive excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience as a VP or Executive Producer leading complex production scopes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to develop talent and reduce operational friction.
• Proven track record standing up and operationalising new teams and systems.
• Experience aligning regional teams across EMEA, with Germany being a bonus.
• Experience managing team profitability and operational health.
• Broad production fluency across social-first creative, video, live events, experiential and creator ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with rate cards, burn tracking, margins, and vendor negotiations.
• Strategic problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities in live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and launch the end-to-end integrated production model, workflows and delivery infrastructure for a brand-new client account.
• Own the ongoing performance and evolution of the work streams, identifying opportunities to increase asset volume or quality, improve quality or efficiency and strengthen commercial performance.
• Act as the key operational bridge between UK and German markets, driving alignment and consistent delivery across both.
• Integrate disparate workstreams, including Always-On Social, Premium Video, Live Experiential, and Creator/Influencer streams for maximum cohesion.
• Build and manage a team of expert producers across disciplines to scale these work streams.
• Act as the key Production lead for EMEA within the global account structure, ensuring alignment between global and local teams.
• Partner with Client Partnership lead to manage overall account commercials and financial health.
• Drive collaborative creative discussions with the creative lead to enhance quality of work across the account.
• Partner with the Strategic Lead to shape strategic thinking and output.
• Establish clear ways of working for the client across multiple markets and teams.
• Provide executive production leadership for major brand moments, premium videos, live events and complex activations.
• Collaborate with CAIT to operationalise creator/influencer production infrastructures and scalable sourcing models.
• Serve as the senior operational client-facing authority on production strategy, resourcing, risk mitigation and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to build tentpole events and partnerships in the market.
