Job summary

VaynerMedia in the United Kingdom seeks a Production Director to lead the CAIT production engine across EMEA, overseeing end-to-end content capture and activations. You will shape delivery models, profitability, and cross‑functional collaboration with Creative, Strategy and Finance teams.

You will manage staffing, budgets and timelines, ensuring high-quality output for flagship clients and strong agency relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production across multiple markets, with a portfolio of brands.
• Proven ability to manage shoots end-to-end from pre to post production.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to set budgets, timeframes, and resource plans for high‑quality output.
• Experience coordinating CAIT, Live Shopping, Experiential and proactive production ideas.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise the CAIT function for a key EMEA client across two markets.
• Own end-to-end production processes for on-location shoots and events.
• Drive efficiencies linking cultural signals to CAIT and activation ideas.
• Ensure compliance across Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal requirements.
• Lead commercial approaches, staffing, workflows, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads to uphold high production standards.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget for productions.
• Monitor progress, report on health and changes, manage risks.
• Explore partnerships and platforms for CAIT integration and amplification.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
