VaynerMedia in London is seeking a Manager of CAIT to lead influencers, creators, affiliates, and talent strategy for the UK & DE markets, reporting to the VP of CAIT EMEA. You will source diverse makers, manage campaigns, and align CAIT with AIM and PAC workflows to drive production excellence.

You will collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to translate brand concepts into casting strategies, steer campaigns from concept through delivery, and ensure assets meet

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.
• Creative/Operator Hybrid—balance creative quality with operational rigor.
• Seller mindset—comfortable articulating business value to clients.
• Practitioner empathy—understand content creation friction points and how to resolve them.
• Social-first mindset—output meets Vayner standard of excellence.
• Ownership—take responsibility and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage CAIT-led campaigns and translate brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Pitch CAIT-led concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results.
• Apply standards for Excellence to ensure assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.
• Work autonomously when needed and support the team during busy periods.
