Outpost VFX, a leading visual effects company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support VFX Supervisors and Producers in delivering breathtaking VFX shots. Utilizing your organizational and communication skills, as Production Coordinator, you’ll support VFX Supervisors, VFX artists, and Producers to deliver stunning VFX shots. Your duties include organizing and participating in client Cinesync/Skype calls and daily sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to team members, maintaining databases, and accurately tracking shots/assets. Managing multiple production and client requests with a proactive attitude towards tight deadlines is essential for the team’s success.
