Job Description

Utilizing your organizational and communication skills, as Production Coordinator, you’ll support VFX Supervisors, VFX artists, and Producers to deliver stunning VFX shots. Your duties include organizing and participating in client Cinesync/Skype calls and daily sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to team members, maintaining databases, and accurately tracking shots/assets. Managing multiple production and client requests with a proactive attitude towards tight deadlines is essential for the team’s success.

Key Skills

• Experience in effective VFX scheduling
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
• Proficiency with Shotgun, Microsoft Office, FTP software, Mac and Windows systems, and basic Linux knowledge
