  • Organize and participate in client Cinesync/Skype calls.
  • Maintain databases and accurately track shots/assets.

Job Description

As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be putting your incredible organisational and communication skills to good use by supporting VFX Supervisors, VFX artists, and Producers in delivering stunning VFX shots to our clients. Your responsibilities will include organizing and participating in client Cinesync/Skype calls and daily sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to other team members. Additionally, you will maintain databases and accurately track shots/assets. Your ability to manage multiple production and client requests will be essential, and a can-do attitude toward tight deadlines is indispensable.

  • Proficiency with Shotgun, Microsoft Office applications, FTP software; Mac and Windows literacy; Basic Linux knowledge
