Samurai Productions is seeking ahighly organized, sharp, and experienced Production Coordinatorto join our team on an ongoing international docuseries project. The ideal candidate has experience working ontravel shows or documentary series, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable working across borders.

You’ll betravelling with a produceron location, helping to coordinate shoots across multiple countries and ensuring everything runs smoothly from permits to logistics to on-the-ground support. Role: Production Coordinator – Travel Docu-series

Travel Start Date:Mid-July 2025

Travel Required:Approx. 20 days every two months

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage logistics across multiple countries (flights, hotels, transport, crew scheduling, local teams)
Assist the producer during production in all matters, from call sheets to tracking assets
Handle production paperwork: release forms, travel docs, permits, customs documentation
Manage petty cash and expenses on the ground
Support local crew onboarding and ensure local production requirements are met
Act as the central point of contact between the office, the field crew, and post-production
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and insurance protocols

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as aProduction Coordinator(travel/documentary experience essential)
Must have travelled internationally on shoots and handled on-the-ground coordination
Strong logistical, organizational, and communication skills
Able to work independently and anticipate production needs in fast-moving environments
Comfortable driving abroad and holding a valid driver’s license
Fluent in English; other languages a plus
Proficient with Excel, Google Docs, and standard production paperwork
Must be available to begin traveling inmid-July 2025and travel approximately.20 days every two months
