Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Beverley is offering an apprenticeship as a Production Chef Level 2. This full‑time role lets you train on the job while earning and gaining a nationally recognised qualification over 15 months.

You will learn to prepare, cook and present meals to brand standards under the guidance of experienced chefs, with mentoring, regular reviews, and opportunities to progress across our 19 brands and 1600+ sites.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to learn on the job.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths may be obtained during the apprenticeship.
• Regular reviews with mentor and coach during the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food to brand standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par processes.
• Ensure guest queries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Participate in training and complete learning modules.
