Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness while cooking to brand standards.
• Assist in prepping, cooking and presenting meals quickly and accurately.
• Maintain open communication with the team and participate in meetings.
• Handle guest queries professionally and keep stock rotation and prep up-to-date.
• Complete daily tasks and training modules and adhere to policies.
