Job summary

You will learn to prepare, cook and present food to brand standards while benefiting from training modules, discounts, and progression opportunities across our brands and sites.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Apprenticeship duration is 15 months.
• Nationally recognised qualification upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standards.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas.
• Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep/par process.
• Keep up to date with business information, promotions and new products.
• Attend in-house training and complete learning modules.
