2 Sisters Food Group on the Grimsby site is seeking a capable production lead to drive KPI performance, lean improvements and team coaching on the production floor. You will focus on achieving OEE, quality, and plan attainment while developing your team.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will coordinate changeovers, share shift information and provide training, fostering safety, collaboration and respect. Experience in Lean and OEE is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and lean tools.
• Previous experience of leading a team.
• Numerical ability to record, analyse and interpret data.
• Ability to inspire motivate and coach others.
• Ability to work towards Food Safety Level 3 and IOSH.

Job Description

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will play a key role in achieving shift and site KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) by working with your team and other departments. Developing a culture of continuous improvement by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities: You will lead and manage the production area in successfully meeting OEE (Operational Equipment Effectiveness), quality, people and plan attainment by;

• Co-ordinating team activities through set-ups and changeovers
• Sharing and communicating shift information, including departmental huddles and in meetings
• Guiding your team in all aspects of the work, providing training and assistance where necessary
• Fostering an atmosphere of safety, collaboration, discipline and respect
