2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Grimsby is seeking a proactive shift team leader to help drive site KPI targets through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate set-ups and changeovers, coach colleagues, share shift information and help develop safe, compliant SOPs while maintaining a culture of respect and teamwork. This role also offers structured training and opportunities to grow within a large UK manufacturer.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and lean tools.
• Previous experience of leading a team.
• Numerical ability to record, analyse and interpret data.
• Ability to inspire motivate and coach others.
• Ability to work towards Food Safety Level 3 and IOSH.

Aufgaben

• Co-ordinating team activities through set-ups and changeovers.
• Sharing and communicating shift information, including departmental huddles and in meetings.
• Guiding your team in all aspects of the work, providing training and assistance where necessary.
• Fostering an atmosphere of safety, collaboration, discipline and respect.
• Developing and ensuring compliance to SOP’s for process related tasks.
