Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited at the Grimsby site is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to cover hands-on hygiene operations across the factory. You will oversee staff training and supervise the hygiene team to ensure correct staffing and compliance, with post-cleaning checks and accurate shift handovers.

The role requires experience in hygiene leadership, strong communication, and organisational skills, plus self-motivation to drive standards and complete ad hoc projects under the Hygiene Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Hygiene Team Leader or equivalent Hygiene and Team Leading experience.
• Your communication and organisational skills will also need to be good.
• Self-motivation and initiative are important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff training
• Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Ensuring compliance to hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed to the correct standard
• Ensuring that all paper is completed correctly
• Chemical stock checks
• Liaising with other departments
• Completion of shift reports and handovers
• Any ad hoc projects as determined by the Hygiene Manager

Job Description
