Job description

We're on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and foster a positive work environment. You will be an expert in product handling and will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience through outstanding visual presentation and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you will help develop the team, maintain operational standards, and achieve outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.

This role is a 14-hour vacancy on Fridays and Saturdays.

About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver excellent product placement and create 'wow' wearable outfits.
  • Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey as a priority.
  • Manage store operations confidently, including service, people, and processes.
  • Support the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the team to prioritize customer experience.
  • Utilize commercial tools to drive store performance.
  • Be accountable for KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, and RFID.
  • Assist in managing store compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Develop the store team to be motivated, engaged, and valued.

  • You have retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
