Salary: UE03 - £23,414 to £25,448 per annum, plus 15% Premium band for flexible working

Department: Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE) – Business Development

Location: The Scott and The Scholar Hotels

Position: Open-ended (permanent), full time, 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team within the Accommodation, Catering, and Events (ACE) - Business Development, Hotels division. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of two distinctive hotel bars: The Scott Hotel’s intimate lounge bar, specialising in whiskeys and gin, and The Scholar Hotel’s Brasserie-style bar, offering a relaxed dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Under our commercial brand, The University of Edinburgh Hospitality and Events Collection, we deliver hotel accommodation options to around 200,000 guests each year plus an extensive selection of conference, catering and event services to over 2,000 events.
