Job summary

First Achieve Ltd is recruiting a Product Sales Manager to join the sales team on a predominantly home-based basis with travel across a designated area. The role focuses on outbound phone sales, developing new opportunities and converting prospects into first orders.

You will follow a structured daily activity plan, actively contacting potential customers and driving opportunities through to closure, with a clear performance structure and a company van provided for business use.

Qualifications

• Strong outbound telephone sales experience.
• Comfortable making high volumes of proactive sales calls.
• Experience working towards activity and revenue targets.
• CRM experience would be advantageous.

Location: Field & Home Based - 85% Home Based

Salary: £42,000 Basic + £11,000 OTE + Company Van

The Opportunity

First Achieve is partnered with a growing organisation to recruit a Product Sales Manager to join their sales team.

This is a phone-led, new business sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships from scratch and converting prospects into customers.

You’ll work to a structured daily activity plan, proactively contacting potential customers, generating new opportunities and securing first orders.

The role is predominantly home based, with travel across a designated area and quarterly sales meetings.
