LJ Recruitment is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for the Derby area. The role offers £28,000 basic with an uncapped OTE of £40,000+, plus a hybrid company car and pension, with substantial earning potential through commissions.

You will generate new business, manage your own pipeline, and build lasting client relationships across the Derby region, with hybrid working and real career progression opportunities in a supportive family-run business.
