Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software organization.
• 2+ years focused on SaaS products in the US healthcare ecosystem.
• A technical degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of key product features with data, design, and engineering teams.
• Lead development and launch of AI-powered features and advise on prompt design and implementation.
• Define and manage technical product requirements including API specs and medical-claims capabilities.
• Implement and analyze product usage analytics to improve adoption and user journeys.
• Engage with customers through structured feedback sessions to iterate on new features.
