Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Owner/PM in a software organization.
• 2+ years of SaaS experience in the US healthcare ecosystem.
• A technical degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of key product features with data, design and engineering teams.
• Lead development and launch of AI-powered features and prompt design.
• Define and manage technical product requirements, including API specs.
• Implement and analyze product usage analytics to improve adoption.
• Engage customers through structured feedback sessions to iterate on features.
