Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Strategy Associate to join the Strategy team and drive client value for the Veeva Link product across leading pharmaceutical companies. You will partner with Strategy Directors to shape account plans and ensure customers realize lasting value.

In this role you will analyze user engagement, translate insights into roadmap input, and deliver onboarding sessions that embed Veeva Link into client workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or account management.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Commercial Strategy, or Medical Affairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, consultative relationships with mid-level pharmaceutical leaders.
• Collaborate with Strategy Directors to create and execute account growth plans.
• Lead onboarding sessions and enablement to embed Veeva Link in client workflows.
• Analyze user engagement trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the conduit between clients and internal Product Management for feature requests.
• Develop scalable onboarding playbooks and best practices.
