Veeva Systems in London is seeking a motivated Strategy Associate to join the Strategy team. You will work alongside Strategy Directors to own client engagement, build trusted relationships with top pharmaceutical clients, and drive product adoption of Veeva Link.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or customer-focused roles.
• Interest or experience in life sciences and healthcare.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted, consultative relationships with senior client leaders at top pharmaceutical companies.
• Collaborate with Strategy Directors to craft account growth plans and maximize ROI from Veeva Link.
• Lead onboarding and enablement sessions to embed Veeva Link in client workflows.
• Analyze adoption metrics and user behavior to inform strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a conduit between clients and internal product teams to advocate enhancements.
• Develop scalable onboarding playbooks and best practices.
