Wwshemi in London is seeking a growth-minded Product Manager (mid to senior) to own the end-to-end Onboarding experience, from Registration through KYC verification to the first Deposit. Your focus will be to drive growth, reduce friction, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Engineering, Design, Data and Ops to turn requirements into PRDs and deliver high-conversion features.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management with onboarding/KYC/payments focus.
• Growth-minded with a metrics-driven approach and testing mindset.
• Strong collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Legal and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Onboarding lifecycle from Registration to KYC and First Deposit.
• Optimize conversion, run funnel analyses, and conduct A/B tests.
• Balance UX with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and Ops to deliver PRDs.
• Manage vendor integrations for IDV and payment providers.
• Define KPIs (activation, time-to-deposit, pass rates) and iterate.
