APEXX Global, a leading fintech, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Self-Service & Onboarding in London. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey—from account creation to KYC/KYB orchestration and provider configuration—delivering scalable, self-serve experiences that accelerate time to value.

You'll work across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and Compliance to shape a data-driven product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes in a highly cross-functional

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Product Management within SaaS or fintech.
• Experience owning customer-facing portals, self-service, onboarding journeys, or platform configuration products.
• Strong systems thinking to translate complex workflows into scalable capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Product-Led Growth and driving adoption and commercial growth.
• Analytical and data-driven, with experience in research, analytics, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for APEXX's self-service and onboarding capabilities and Customer Portal.
• Evolve the Customer Portal into a high-performing, intuitive platform with data-driven insights.
• Design and deliver scalable self-service capabilities including onboarding, admin, API credential management, and configuration.
• Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives to increase adoption and expand platform usage.
• Use research and analytics to understand enterprise needs, prioritise investments, and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable experiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to simplify workflows and provide in-product guidance.
