Job summary

Transak, a London-based fintech scaling KYC and onboarding for crypto and payment apps, seeks a product leader to own Compliance & KYC end-to-end. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable product systems, partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Engineering, and drive conversion and risk outcomes.

The role emphasises a product execution and strategy approach within regulatory constraints, with cross-functional collaboration and measurable success metrics over 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience owning fintech or API-led B2B products.
• Fluency in analytics, funnels, and experimentation.
• Cross-functional leadership across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the Compliance & KYC vertical end-to-end.
• Define long-term vision, metrics, and KPIs.
• Prioritise roadmap using data and regulatory requirements.
• Write clear, detailed PRDs and ship features with Design/Engineering.
• Drive agile execution and post-launch iteration.
• Instrument onboarding funnels and KYC flows.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and Ops.
• Identify automation opportunities in compliance flows.
• Track regulatory trends in fintech and Web3.
