Job summary

kast.xyz is seeking a Product Manager in London to own and optimize the end-to-end Onboarding experience, including Registration, KYC verification, and First Deposit. The role emphasizes growth, friction reduction, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, Data, and Ops to deliver high-converting, compliant user journeys and manage vendor integrations to improve match rates and speeds.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of PM experience in onboarding, KYC, or payments.
• Growth-minded with strong experimentation and conversion optimization.
• User-centric, with a track record of high-conversion UX.
• Technical and data-savvy; comfortable with APIs and analytics tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Engineering, and Ops.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Onboarding Lifecycle from Registration through First Deposit.
• Run funnel analysis and A/B tests to optimize conversions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure KYC/AML compliance.
• Translate requirements into clear PRDs with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops.
• Manage vendor integrations with IDV and payment providers.
• Define KPIs and iterate using data insights.
