Purpose

Purpose

Product Development is primarily the centre for all of GAM’s products across the full product range of alternative investment products, traditional investment products, fund of funds and single manager funds in addition to structured products. The team provides input at the conceptual stages of a product’s beginning through to implementation and completion of the product initiative

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall project management responsibilities for the implementation of new investment products, mainly investment funds

• Development of new business cases

• Management, administration and tracking of existing product & service portfolio

• Support organisation product development committee

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Law); CFA, AZEK or equivalent diplomas are appreciated

• Solid background in finance and experience in the investment & fund management industry

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management & Development

• Excellent skills and experience in project management

• Thorough expertise in product regulation and legislation (focus on Luxembourg and Switzerland, offshore is a plus)

• Fluent verbal and communication skills in English and German
