Siena is hiring a Product Manager, Core Agent Platform, to own the end-to-end platform that powers our customer experience agents. You will define the roadmap, measure and improve agent performance, and run structured experiments with customers and deployment teams.

You will prototype ideas with coding agents and iterate quickly based on field feedback. The role emphasizes technical fluency with webhooks, OAuth, and integrations, and requires 3+ years in product management within CX, ecommerce,

• 3+ years as a PM in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk or AI automation.
• Technical fluency with webhooks, OAuth and integrations.
• You use Claude, Cursor or v0 daily and prototype product ideas with them.

Responsabilidades

• Own the core agent platform end to end, including the roadmaps and day-to-day decisions.
• Build evaluation, testing and monitoring systems and run experiments to improve agent performance.
• Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests across agent workflows.
• Give customers visibility into agent performance.
• Prototype ideas with coding agents and ship them where you can.
• Collaborate with customers and deployment teams to translate field feedback into product.
