Job summary

Siena seeks a Product Manager to own the core agent platform, shaping how agents decide what to do, how they perform, and how customers view that performance. You will set the roadmap for platform expansion and build the measurement and testing that keeps it improving, ensuring customers see clear, real-time activity.

You are a strong problem solver with 3+ years in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation, and you routinely work with AI tools to guide product decisions and customer demos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the core agent platform end to end, defining its current and future capabilities.
• Build and ship evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems to improve agent performance.
• Provide customers real-time visibility into platform activity and rationale.
• Design and run journey-level A/B tests to guide what ships next.
• Own onboarding to accelerate customer value and shorten the path to value.
• Run full launch cycles for platform features with testing, GA, and customer enablement.
• Demo platform wins to customers and co-sell with sales.
• Work with customers on live scoping and delivering improvements.
