Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to own how our AI agents come to life for customers, from pilot to production handling thousands of conversations daily. You will bridge product development, customer work, and engineering, translating business goals into highest-performing agent experiences.
In this role you’ll partner with enterprise leaders, lead design discussions, and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with customer teams.
Qualifications
- Customer obsession with business outcomes.
- Clear, persuasive communication across audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to navigate ambiguity.
- Technical literacy to discuss APIs, data models and architectures.
- Proven track record delivering multiple complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, to launch and production iteration.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy to meet business goals.
- Partner with the customer's teams day to day; run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly surface unmet needs from customer work and feed back to research and platform teams.
