Job summary

Eigent AI is seeking a Product Manager to define and build general-purpose AI Agent products. You will connect user needs, product experience, and AI capability boundaries to identify high-value use cases and drive data-driven improvements.

You will work with engineering, research, and operations to move ideas from concepts to production launches, tracking usage and model performance to continuously improve the agent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or AI product operations.
• Ability to translate user needs into product features and data requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-value use cases for general-purpose AI Agents.
• Define product features, user journeys, and launch plans.
• Translate user behavior and evaluation results into scalable data for training and evaluation.
• Design data collection, annotation, feedback, and quality control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and operations from PRDs to production launch.
