Unitary is a fast-growing AI startup building Virtual Agents to automate complex workflows with AI reasoning. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape a core part of the Virtual Agents product, from automation technology to onboarding and human-in-the-loop operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on complex B2B products, preferably AI/automation.
• Experience shaping strategy in greenfield or rapidly evolving environments.
• Proven executor with engineers, designers, operators and marketers to build impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the direction of a meaningful part of the Virtual Agents product.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from core tech to commercial/operational delivery at scale.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, domains and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate across the business to enable sales, marketing and delivery.
• Work with the VP Product to define and refine overall product strategy.
