Job summary

Siena is hiring a Product Manager to own the core agent platform, shaping what it can do and how it performs. You’ll build evaluation and monitoring systems, and ensure customers have clear visibility into platform outcomes.

You’ll work with clients on live scopes, run AB tests, and drive onboarding and launches that demonstrate tangible value. You should have 3+ years as a PM in CX/ecommerce or AI automation, with hands-on experience using Claude, Cursor, or similar tools, and a strong track

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation.
• AI-native tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar used regularly.
• Experience running structured experiments or AB tests to improve product metrics.
• Ability to scope and integrate webhook systems and OAuth flows.
• Strong customer-facing skills for demos and co-selling.

Responsibilities

• Own the core agent platform end-to-end and define its future expansion.
• Build and ship evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems for performance.
• Provide customers with real-time visibility into platform actions and outcomes.
• Design and run journey-level AB tests to guide delivery decisions.
• Own onboarding to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
• Lead full launch cycles: testing, early access, GA, and customer enablement.
• Demo platform wins to customers and support cross-selling with sales.
• Work with customers on live scopes, testing, and rapid delivery.
