Job summary

Siena AI in London, UK is seeking an AI-native Product Manager to own the core agent platform. You will lead the development of systems that drive agent performance, measurement, and customer visibility, bridging deep technical work with customer demos and experiments to shape the future of autonomous customer experience.

You will collaborate with a small, high-leverage team, shipping features to judges like Claude, Cursor, and v0, and interact directly with major consumer brands to move product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI-driven automation platforms.
• AI-native proficiency with Claude, Cursor, and v0 as a core part of daily workflow.
• Strong technical fluency to independently scope complex systems such as webhooks and OAuth flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of the agent platform, defining how multi-agent stacks interact, perform, and scale across customer journeys.
• Build and ship evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems to ensure agent performance is measurable and transparent to customers.
• Run journey-level A/B tests and conduct live customer demos to iterate on visibility, trust, and onboarding.
