About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will own, manage and develop internal tools and systems that support and are used by colleagues in STMJ. You should have a desire to solve user problems and meet business needs in a creative way, and you need a strong customer focus.

You'll work closely with Technology, other colleagues from JES and stakeholders in related STMJ groups, so a collaborative approach is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and roll out software systems and tools for STMJ.

  • Generate new ideas from product data and lead product discovery for your assigned area(s).

  • Create clear requirements and work in collaboration with technology colleagues to implement these.

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and development.

  • Oversee, manage and/or perform testing of new features within the product.

  • Liaise with related stakeholder groups to gather input and feedback on requirements and new business needs for the product.

Requirements
  • Be a natural problem solver, confident to take the lead in collaborating across teams to resolve issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience of building successful relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills, especially when dealing with multiple or conflicting priorities.

  • Confident working in a changing environment when the way forward can be unclear.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Previous experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role or related position required.

  • Familiarity with STMJ internal systems processes and salesforce technology is preferred but not essential.
