Job summary

Homey Group is seeking a Product Lead to own the roadmap, prioritisation, and definition of what we build and why. You will lead Product Owners and work closely with our Platform Lead and engineering teams.

This is a true ownership role, reporting to senior leadership, measured by MAU against target. You will own the quarterly roadmap end to end, drive decisions with usage data, and directly interact with users to represent their needs.

Qualifications

• A track record owning product for a B2B or B2C SaaS platform, ideally through a high-growth stage.
• Comfort leading a distributed team (engineering and QA, Colombo) and closing gaps with clear written requirements.
• Strong commercial instincts — you can connect a feature decision to revenue, retention or margin.
• A bias for shipping and measuring over planning in the abstract.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly roadmap end to end with written requirements before coding.
• Use monthly usage data to decide what to build next and prune features.
• Lead and develop Product Owners to ensure clear requirements for engineers.
• Collaborate with Platform Lead to align roadmap with delivery capacity.
• Engage with real users directly to represent their needs.
