Job summary

Homey is changing how property transactions are managed in the UK. We seek a product lead to own the roadmap, prioritisation, and definition of what we build, leading Product Owners and the engineering QA team. This is a true ownership role reporting to senior leadership, measured by MAU progress.

You’ll drive quarterly roadmaps, leverage usage data, and ensure clear written requirements before development. You’ll collaborate with Platform Lead and engage directly with users to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Own the quarterly roadmap end to end with written requirements before coding.
• Use monthly usage data to decide what gets built next and kill non-performing features.
• Lead and develop Product Owners to reduce clarification meetings and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with Platform Lead to keep the roadmap realistic against capacity.
• Speak directly to users to represent their needs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly roadmap end to end, ensuring written requirements before coding.
• Use monthly usage data to decide what to build next and retire features that don’t contribute.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners to ensure clear requirements for engineers.
• Coordinate with Platform Lead to align roadmap with delivery capacity.
• Engage with real users regularly to represent their needs.
