Job summary

Street Group is seeking a Product Lead to own the Partner Platform, a greenfield product launched recently, transforming how Estate & Letting Agents engage with partners. You will steer the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes with autonomy from day one to drive commercial success.

You will line-manage and develop PMs, set discovery and prioritisation standards, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with strong emphasis on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
• Experience managing or mentoring other PMs.
• Confidence working without a lot of direction.
• Comfort using AI tools in product work.
• Strong communication and ability to explain impact.
• Drive to improve team and product processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for your product area.
• Line-manage and develop Product Managers in the team.
• Set the standard for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.
