Job summary

Mobilus Limited is seeking a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team in Milton Keynes. You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and collaborate with the CEO and cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into an actionable plan.

This strategic, hands‑on role requires proven SaaS product leadership, strong Agile discipline, backlog management, and close partnership with Engineering to deliver successful releases.

Qualifications

Proven experience defining and delivering SaaS products.
Standalone product management experience, ideally with marketing/analytics SaaS.
Strong roadmapping experience with Agile and software development lifecycle.
Experience managing the product backlog and working closely with engineering teams in SMB SaaS.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design.
Strong strategic thinking with leadership exposure in a SLT.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Translate business and customer priorities into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management.
Work closely with Engineering to manage product delivery and releases.
Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Engineering and Leadership.
Establish effective product management and discovery practices across the business.
