Job summary

Harvey Nash in London is seeking a Product Implementation Associate to bridge sales and engineering. You'll guide clients from contract through go-live and beyond, owning onboarding and implementation to ensure a successful platform launch.

Work closely with customers, Sales, Product and Engineering to tailor the platform, manage data migration, and deliver training for early adoption. This role sits in a hybrid Camden office, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Solutions, or similar roles.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role within a software environment.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business.
• Experience with configurable or workflow-based software.
• Exposure to regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales discovery and solution design alongside Sales.
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation from contract to go-live.
• Configure the platform to meet customer needs and guide data migration.
• Deliver training and support early adoption.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Identify opportunities for retention, upsell, and expansion.
• Feed customer insights back into Product and Engineering.
